Mamasoup has a free download for anyone unsure about perinatal/postpartum depression. Use it between 28-32 weeks pregnant and in the 6 weeks following your birth. If you have a higher risk of developing depression or anxiety (past history, birth trauma, etc) you can take the test once every 7 days.
