   There is a local support group calles Dreams of Lullabies in ptbo. I believe they have monthly meetings and the founder is planning a retreat. There are a few doula’s in Ptbo as well that provide fertility support. Serenity Doula Care (my company) and Hellp, Baby.

   If you're looking for a non-invasive and completely natural way to track your fertility and increase your chances of conceiving, i highly recommend finding a NaPro Fertility practitioner. I know there's a clinic in Toronto dedicated to this called the Marguerite Bourgeois Family Centre. I was a client there for 3 of my 7 pregnancies (3 of which were miscarriages). They were supportive, very scientifically based, and didn't involve all kinds of harsh fertility drugs. It's well worth looking into.
