I feel your pain! I have a 5 and 8 yo too and work full time plus split from Dad this year so this year is kicking my butt. Girl Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis is THE BOOK TO READ to kick the Mom guilt tho! Keep working on yourself and pursuing a passionate, vibrant life and embrace the chaos along the way! It won’t be perfect but everyone will benefit when we make ourselves a priority and oursue what makes us happy too. Much love xo

My heart goes out to you as that sounds like a tough situation! I will be thinking about a response for you but first thought is definitely space. Keep gently but firmly taking space from her (where you can) and limiting exposure to her. ❤️
